Neat hotel in an amazing building very close to Pichola lake, the city centre and famous places. Affable people working here. A lot of amazing options for meal. The location marvellous and nice in good area.

The staff here are really nice and helpful. The location is pretty good, with easy parking available. It's in a decent area and only a 25-minute drive from the airport.

The friendly staff is quick to respond to guests' requests, like changing bedsheets or fixing the TV. They also provide two water bottles per room, along with filter water. The bathrooms are small but clean, and the washroom is particularly well-maintained.

One downside of the hotel is the limited food options available at the restaurant, with only vegetarian dishes provided.
